1. Collect the context
Type a thought and press Capture. Paste a screenshot from your clipboard, drop several files, or use the full editor for titles, tags, links, and priorities. Files are embedded locally, not uploaded. Raster screenshots can carry numbered point annotations.
2. Send a complete review
Share collection → Interactive review creates an HTML file with the included items and their attachments. Open it in a browser without installing anything. The recipient can comment, attach evidence, place screenshot pins, react, and mark approval or changes requested.
3. Bring the responses back
The recipient chooses Return feedback, downloads a response JSON or reviewed HTML, and sends it back to you. Use Merge returned feedback to import it. Existing notes are not replaced; duplicate response events are ignored. Separate reviewers' responses can be merged into the same collection.
Important things that are not magic
There is no server and no automatic synchronization. Downloads are new copies; the original file cannot update itself. HTML files may be blocked by email providers or mobile file previews: save them and open in a full browser, or send a ZIP. Audio/video playback depends on browser codecs. Unknown formats and PDFs are attachments to download, not executed or rendered inside the app.
Privacy & storage
Shared files are not encrypted. Review mode is a convenience, not access control, and names are self-reported. Trash is excluded from reviews but included in full project backups. Browser storage is best-effort and may be cleared or unavailable, especially for local files or private browsing. Download backups. Limits: 20 MB per file, 80 MB of binary attachments per collection, 2,000 items, and 20,000 feedback events.
